Poor commuter service.
I've used Marshalls Coaches on a few occasions during different season and can honestly say, do not bother and find alternative service. They run their coaches for commuters and once you are on one of their routes, it takes forever to get to final destination. Once in central London, most regular commuters end up getting off by nearest underground station as you might as well walk than sit in traffic forever. If you are unfortunate enough to use return from central London, the chances are that coaches will not run on time as there is this perfect excuse "traffic". The truth is that this company runs their coaches into London at commuters' expense and once in London, their drivers are on other jobs - on regular basis this is due to lengthy delays. And the best of all, they do not communicate any updates to their customers in any way, you might get an occasional message of some bus stop closure but nothing relevant to service they run. If you like to be stuck at bus stop wondering where your coach is and once it arrives you might even have to get off at some point in the middle of your route to get on another coach to continue your journey only because half of route is being run by one service instead of two, than this service is for you. Some coaches do not even have toilet facility and those that do are dirty and smelly. I have been unsatisfied with their service and having tried it on and off for a while can say that it's definitely not for me. It takes too long to get from A to B, it is inflexible as you get one service in the morning and one in the evening and their customer service is nonexistent. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If you must travel by coach, try to find alternative services. Greenline and National Express provide much more superior service than Marshalls.

Reliable Coach hire
Great service from start to finish. competitive prices and excellent vehicles. If you are looking for coaches give Marshalls Coaches a call as you will not find anyone better..

Excellent Coach Service
I booked a coach through Marshalls Coaches for my wedding and found the service excellent. The driver was uniformed and knew exactly where to go and how to treat the passengers. The coaches were modern and very comfortable. I would recommend Marshalls coaches to anyone.

Excellent Service
I booked Marshalls for a coach trip to Brighton and found the service to be secodn to none. Starting from my initial enquiry to the the friendliness and professionalism of the driver to the standard and cleanliness of the vehicle. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using Marshalls again for my next trip.
