adele is knowledgeable, caring and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She has helped enormously over the years with knee injuries, aches and pains and various chronic conditions. The lavender/chamomile cream is excellent - I've recommended it to several friends for eczema and the like and it always seems to work! I'd definitely say, "give adele a go".
