The course explores what direction you should be going to ensure commercial viability and will help you to start your business successfully.

If you would prefer one-to-one business advice, Wenta also offer various annual support packages for start up, new and existing businesses which include; one-to-one advisory sessions with both generalist and specialist advisors; an end of year business review; email and telephone support; relevant business fact sheets and a monthly e-newsletter. Wenta is the local Enterprise Agency for Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Our purpose is to provide support to people considering setting up or who run their own small businesses. Over the last 20 years Wenta has provided business advice to over 10,000 people and helped well over 3000 clients to start and develop their own businesses. Many more have benefited from the broad range of business support we now offer.

Wenta is a 'not for profit' Company Limited by Guarantee. The majority of our funding is generated from the ownership and management of our two business centre premises in Watford and Potters Bar in Hertfordshire. Between the two sites there are 120 offices and workshops, all of which are let on monthly licence terms, ideally suited to the needs of small businesses.

In addition to our advisory and property services we also run a successful education programme that promotes enterprise within the local schools, colleges and university.
