I cannot even bring myself to give it a star!!! I have dined in many restaurants but not one that has such a rude manager, and the food is totally over rated, to say the least. The description on the menu is not what you get on your plate and the attempt of the staff to try and persuade you that you are wrong on very common dishes, as apparently described on the menu, is an insult on a customer.We went on a saturday night in a group of people they had 3 weeks advance notice of, the bar ran out of drink after just the second round of drinks, and thereafter, appeared to run out of most other options which I find astonishing that an apparently fabulous restaurant could be so disorganised. If you not like seafood then I would advise that the lamb dish should not be ordered as everything appears to be served with the same sauce, and it has the same taste. The only thing that looked ok was the popadom like pizza, do not order salad as they cannot even get this right. I would advise anyone to spend a few pounds on a taxi and visit the italian restaurants in the town center who are customer focused and serve real Italian food, to a great standard. Pizza IL Forno takes advantage of its location as an excuse for bad food and service.
