About Us

For two centuries, Savile Row in London's West End has been leading the world in bespoke tailoring. Tailoring companies are now threatened by a lack of young apprentices entering the profession, as most highly skilled tailors are over the age of 60. Rising rents and business rates, along with the changing nature of the “Row”, have proved costly to the tailoring trade. In order to prevent the British handcraft tailoring skills dying out, Savile Row Quality Bespoke Tailoring Workshop was set up in Ningbo, China. The principle of this project is to update and refine the Chinese handcraft tailoring skills that were already in place to meet current Savile Row standards. To achieve this, the Workshop has engaged Dennis Cooper and his team of well-respected Savile Row Master Tailors as its official training consultants to our workshop. Currently, Savile Row Quality Bespoke Tailoring Workshop is making garments for several tailoring companies in Savile Row and others within the UK, including Germany and Australia. We are looking to expand our bespoke tailoring service to the USA in 2010. We believe in the principle of running and maintaining an ethical workshop. Savile Row Quality Bespoke Tailoring Workshop for Bespoke Tailoring Companies

Our hand crafted bespoke jacket comes with floating canvas, with handmade buttonholes. Curtains and bands on trousers are hand felled. Hook and bars/ buttons are securely fastened. Order forms can be adapted to meet your specific requirements. Quality control is high and all garments are thoroughly checked by our team before despatch.The garments are cut by Savile Row tailors in Savile Row before being sent for sewing to the workshop. Savile Row Quality Bespoke Tailoring Workshop has its own order forms and alteration sheet in English. When you have completed the form, send it with any necessary trimmings (and cloth, if appropriate) to us. We will check it before despatch to the workshop. This minimises the likelihood of errors, which are both costly and time consuming to correct. The finished garment is inspected by the professional bespoke tailoring quality controllers and Savile Row tailors before sending it back to the client.
