Currently i would say this club deserves an average. I drew attention today to the faulty steps down to the club from the car park and was told that the maintenance man has not got the necessary materials to repair them (you cab see the B&Q down by the railway station from the car park!) and that there are other priorities. The steps are blocked off with tape. What would be the managements' reaction if someone had an accident going down the "garden route" which must be muddy and dangerous in the wet? - or if the HSE did a spot inspection? I suspect instant action would be taken to rectify the problem. So why the delay for over several weeks now?
