    Gosprey was recommended to me by a local developer as I manage several properties in the Luton & Dunstable area. I needed a reliable firm at short notice to clear the rubbish and broken furniture left by the previous tenant. The garden was also in need of care and attention after several party's, BBQ's and months of neglect. Paul Stallard made and kept an appointment to meet me at the property; and after agreeing a price his team brought the house back from a void property into a rentable proposition within a couple of days. Two other firms I spoke to over the telephone were quoting weeks and couldn't be bothered to keep the appointments - very annoying.
